Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview

Fairtopix is committed to your satisfaction with our artwork. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can return or exchange items.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Customized or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email our support team at returns@minixtop.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will be provided with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the artwork is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement at no extra charge. To request an exchange, contact exchanges@minixtop.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, notify us immediately at support@minixtop.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement, including shipping fees.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-commissioned pieces or items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. Ensure all details are correct before placing an order for such items.
